Before you call here are some small tips you can do that may resolve your problem.

Is your thermostat on and set to the preferred temperature?

Have you checked the breakers and fuses for the furnace?

Your indoor coil should be dusted. Use the soft-brush attachment to your vacuum cleaner to accomplish this task and make sure the coil is dry before you start.

1. Be sure your thermostat is ALWAYS set properly and appropriate the season. During the winter months the thermostat should never be set below 68 degrees. In the warmer months of the spring and summer a typical setting for the thermostat is approximately 78 degrees. Also remember during the day, when no one is home, you can save money by just raising the temperature a few degrees as opposed to turning it off completely.

9. At least once a year, be sure your air conditioning system receives a preventative maintenance check up.
